By creating an account and using the DarkBank Wallet platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

"SGDT" - The native cryptocurrency token of the DarkBank Wallet platform.
"Platform" - The DarkBank Wallet website and all associated services.
"User" - Any individual who registers an account on the Platform.
"Wallet" - The digital wallet provided to each User for storing SGDT tokens.
"Referral" - A User who registers using another User's referral code.
"Interest" - The daily reward earned on the User's SGDT balance.

To use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Not share your account with others
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Wallet Services 04

The Platform provides the following wallet services:

Send SGDT - Transfer SGDT tokens to other wallet addresses
Receive SGDT - Receive SGDT tokens from other users
Invoice Creation - Create and share payment invoices
Balance Tracking - View your SGDT balance and transaction history

                    Transactions are processed instantly and securely. All transfers are recorded on our secure ledger for transparency and verification.

5. Interest & Rewards 05

Users earn daily interest on their SGDT balance based on their membership level:

Standard - 0.100% daily interest (0-99 referrals)
Silver - 0.200% daily interest (100-199 referrals)
Gold - 0.300% daily interest (200-499 referrals)
Platinum - 0.400% daily interest (500+ referrals)

Interest is calculated daily and credited to your wallet automatically. The interest rate is subject to change with prior notice.

                    Interest is calculated based on your available balance at the time of calculation. Withdrawals and transfers may affect your interest earnings.

6. Referral Program 06

Users can earn referral bonuses by inviting others to join the Platform:

Earn 0.5 SGDT for each new user who registers using your referral code
Referral bonuses are credited automatically when the referred user completes registration
Membership levels are determined by the number of successful referrals
Abusing the referral system may result in account suspension

7. Fees & Charges 07

The Platform charges the following fees:

Withdrawal Fee - 2% of the withdrawal amount
Send Fee - No fee for sending SGDT tokens
Invoice Fee - No fee for creating or paying invoices

Fees are subject to change with prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through the Platform.

8. Prohibited Activities 08

Users are prohibited from:

Using the Platform for illegal activities
Attempting to hack or bypass security measures
Creating multiple accounts
Abusing the referral or reward systems
Engaging in fraudulent transactions
Harassing other users or staff

                    Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.
